Biography
Zhe Cheng is an Assistant Professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, and a Weiming Young Scholar, Boya Young Scholar, and recipient of a national-level young-talent award. He also holds a concurrent affiliation with the Center for Nanophotonics at Peking University.

Teaching and Honors
He received the 2025 Peking University Outstanding Head Teacher Award. The School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science experimental class that he advised, known as the “Xin Class,” was recognized as both a Peking University Advanced Class Collective and a Peking University Model Class Collective.
